Hannah | A celebration of life
It feels like yesterday when I photographed little Hanna’s arrival at home. Only a few days old, the whole world was still new to her. Being a little bit overwhelmed, she naturally chose to sleep.
One year later and the explorer in her is starting to awake. Like any other toddler, Hannah loves to explore, but mommy needs to be close.
We first did the family session as I know from experience, these little ones can only take so much new and strange in one day. From the Crocodile Farm, we headed to the studio where I had prepared for Hannah’s Cake Smash. Already a bit tired, Hannah sat for a few beautiful photos and brought a lot of colour onto my screen.
But then, we gave Hannah two of her favourite things… we put her in a bath and we gave her food. From all the photos I took, I think these are my favourites. Pure bliss.
Though I am over the food stage, I’m pretty sure I’ll be heading to the bathroom with a glass of wine from now on.
